Kumar has handled several challenging training assignments with Indian Army and
Corporate clients. He has trained over 2500 personnel in past three years. He was a
qualified Instructor in Leadership Development in the Army. His corporate trainees

Having served in the Indian Army in various sectors and assignments with people
from varied cultures, Prasanna has a deep insight into the dynamics of human

into his present role as a trainer, facilitator and mentor. Extensively travelled through

An alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore where he completed
his Executive MBA Program in Jun 2010, he holds a PG Diploma in Public Relations
and P.G. Diploma in Logistics and Resource Management. Prasanna graduated
from National Defence Academy, Pune, in 1989. He considers himself a perpetual
learner.
Prasanna is a Certified Psychometric Analyst from Oscar Murphy International.
He blends this unique skill with his vast experience in people management to identify
the challenges faced by the organizations, suggesting optimal training needs and
then delivering that training.
Among the many challenging assignments he has held are Assistant Director of
Supplies and Transport at Lucknow, HR Staff Officer at a Divisional Level HQ in
Manipur, Senior Supply Officer of a Division during Operation Parakram (Indo-Pak
face off in 2002) and Senior Instructor at Junior Leadership Wing at Bangalore. He
actively participated in Indo-Pak conflict in 1999 (Kargil War). For his Distinguished
Services, he was awarded Army Commander’s Commendation Card in 2004.
He is a qualified Skier, trained at High Altitude Warfare School, Gulmarg (J & K). He
has a particular liking for adventure sports activities like Skiing, White-water Rafting
and Rappelling. A voracious reader of Non-fiction, his other interests includes travel,
tracking the developments in International relations, spirituality, behavioural studies
and Golf.
